A Deep Relief Treatment is a unique combination of manual therapies including Active Release Technique, Myofascial Release, Muscle Testing and Activation, and the Kinesiotaping method to relieve pain and resolve chronic injury patterns. Your therapist will evaluate your condition while releasing and re-educating muscle and fascia, allowing your body to perform at its highest potential.
Blend Sessions
Our blend sessions combine manual therapy and movement techniques to optimize your hour-long session. Highly recommended for post-injury or chronic conditions.
CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation
Gentle, hands-on therapies designed to release subtle restrictions allowing for optimal functioning of your nervous system as well as the individual organs and their relationship to the interconnected fascial system.
