Our Student-Athlete Personal Training sessions and Grom Camp classes are designed to instill a life-long love for moving while promoting better movement patterns, flexibility, and improved posture.

Teen Weightlifting
Saturdays 1pm - we don't have enough for a class so this will be a semi-private session ($40/kid/hour). Please contact info@deep2peak.com / 808.214.8224 to sign up.
Alternative options for our teen weightlifters if you can't make the Saturdays:
All ages- Student Athlete Private Training $80/hour or Semi-Private Training $40/kid/hour up to 3 kids.
Ages 14 and over can join our regular athlete classes - see schedule here.
When signing up below, please use your child’s name and birthdate and whatever contact information you’d like the reminders to go to. Problems? Email info@deep2peak.com with your child’s first and last name, birthdate, best phone number and email address for reminders, payment method, and if you’d like to do the season pass.
Gym Etiquette Reminder!
Grom Camp attendees should come to class prepared with a full water bottle, clothing to move in (including a shirt), and have used the bathroom already. Shoes are optional but if feet are dirty you will need to spend some time in the alley with the hose getting clean before you can come in.
Any attendee who is disruptive or disrespectful during class will get only (1) warning and then be asked to sit out the remainder of class so that others can participate without distraction. No refunds for poor adherence to class rules.
Coaches will be going over the rules at the beginning of every class until they can be adhered to without disruption.

Personal Training Package
For sport-specific training or to overcome chronic issues, we recommend 1-on-1 training with a Personal Trainer. Package can also be used for Massage and Kids Self-Pay Physical Therapy.
Small Group Training Sessions
Grab a friend (or two) and keep motivation high with fun competitions and lots of laughs! Sport-specific programs are available. Please contact us for availability.
Concussion Program
This program is designed to allow young athletes access to high level concussion management including baseline testing, early intervention in the event of a head injury, and guidance when returning to physical activity.
