“During my internship at Deep Relief // Peak Performance I was able to gain an abundance of knowledge that I now apply to my everyday practice. From the moment that I stepped foot in the door the staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help me learn. Everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities while teaching and allowing me to have hands-on experience as I learned new treatment styles, new rehab exercises, more advanced manual therapy techniques and the mindset to think outside the box and be creative. At the end of my internship, I brought an array of new techniques and exercises back to the East Coast that enhance my athletic training abilities. Honestly words can’t describe how thankful I am for my time at Deep2Peak and how much I believe it has helped shape me into the Athletic Trainer that I am today.”
